Janet Webb
A graduate of the University of Virginia, earned a Master of Education Degree in English Education and taught college-level English courses before collaborating with her husband, Michael Webb, in real estate ventures. Janet learned the business in her parents' real estate firm in Forest Hills, New York, and is an established real estate broker Florida. In Florida, she is the principal broker for Trade Winds Realty. Since its inception in 2005, her team has maintained the highest customer service standards. This results in satisfied customers who make referrals to their family, friends, and business associates. Janet's expertise in management, accounting, and real estate sales and investments serves her well as Managing Broker.

Michael Webb
Michael Webb attended Adelphi University in New York. He has wide-ranging experience in the real estate industry. In addition to his real estate career of over 45 years for customers, Michael built, owned, and managed multiple rental properties close to the University of Virginia. He has also developed land from a responsible perspective, creating large estate lots and preserving the land's natural beauty. A native Virginian, he was very active in community service in Charlottesville, Virginia as a volunteer and supporter for local Police Departments. In addition, for more than twenty years, he tandem instructed Dale Carnegie Courses through Wray Powell & Associates, Richmond Virginia. Michael is also a builder and owner of Florida Heartland Homes. His extensive background in building and real estate has made him a very well-rounded individual with high standards. He expects nothing but the best for his customers and he gets results.

Tracey Rivera
Tracey is an elementary school teacher with 10 years of experience. Her credentials include Associate of Science, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and teaching certifications. Because of her strong background, she possesses the skills required to handle all aspects of real estate; determination, tenacity and patience.
Tracey has lived in Florida for over 18 years and loves this beautiful state. She and her husband two amazing children. Her hobbies are reading, karate, and travel. She enjoys matching people with their dream home, and sincerely believes that home should be a place of safety and peace. Tracey has a great sense of humor and is gregarious. She is precise in everything that she does and perseveres until she accomplishes the goal.
